Semoga dengan ini tidak ada lagi intimidasi dan ‘pengancaman’ akan dibawa ke jalur hukum yang ditujukan kepada keluarga gw.
Padahal yang nulis gw, tapi yang diteror keluarga gw. Kayaknya mereka tidak berani berhadapan langsung dengan gw.
O iya, ini sebagai pembelajaran, kalau mau menyampaikan komplen pelayanan sebaiknya ikuti prosedur dari YLKI berikut.
Dengan begitu Anda bisa dapat menuntut pelayanan yang baik tanpa berujung malah ‘diancam’ akan dibawa ke meja hukum.
